In case you are hit with a paintball on bare skin from 20 yards and by an airsoft BB on bare skin at 20 yards, the paintball would have a harder impact with a larger projectile, so would hurt more. But, ultimately, which game causes more pain is a subjective matter and largely relies on the player's sensitivity and level of protective gear.RedWolf
